Q: How can I find out the balance of my More Rewards member account?

You can see your point balance at any time by logging into your More Rewards account. Once signed in, your current account balance will appear in the top right corner of your screen, next to your account name.

Q: What happens if I get a refund on my service or puchase?

Refund = Deduction of Points When you return an item or service, the points earned from the original purchase will be deducted from your More Rewards points balance automatically. If you have any questions about your account or need assistance with a return, we’re always here to help!

Q: When will the points be posted to my account?

Most points will appear in your account within 72 hours and it can take up to 45-business days for promotional points to show up. You can view your points activity in Points History. Click here to access your account.
