1. Eligibility

• The Basic More Rewards Program (“Program”) is available to all residential and commercial customers of Mainline Plumbing & Heating who purchase qualifying products and services.

2. *Earning Rewards

• Customers will earn 1 point for every $1 CAD spent on qualifying plumbing and heating products and services completed.
• Dispatch fees are excluded from earning points and do not contribute toward reward accumulation.
• Points are calculated based on the total amount spent before taxes and after any discounts, promotions, or credits are applied.
• Members can earn up to a maximum of 10,000 More Rewards points per completed job until Oct 31, 2026.

3. Qualifying Purchases

• Eligible purchases include labour and materials for plumbing and heating products and services performed by Mainline Plumbing & Heating.
• Non-qualifying purchases include dispatch fees, permits, third-party subcontractor fees, financing charges, and any services or products specifically excluded by Mainline Plumbing & Heating.

4. Point Redemption

• Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Mainline Plumbing & Heating reserves the right to change the limit on the maximum More Rewards points.

5. Account Management

• Points will be credited to the customer’s account within 30 business days after full payment of the qualifying invoice.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring their account information is accurate and up to date.
• Any discrepancies in point balances must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

6. Program Changes and Termination

• Mainline Plumbing & Heating reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
• Changes may include but are not limited to: earning rates, and eligible purchases.

7. General Conditions

• Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Mainline Plumbing & Heating reserves the right to revoke points or suspend participation if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia.

• Multiplier offer valid on the base earn of 1 point per dollar spent, before taxes.
• Valid for one offer per invoice and member number.
• The offer is limited to 10,000 points per person, per invoice, regardless of the invoice amount.
• Reward points will be credited only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
• Please allow up to 30 days for points to appear in your account after payment confirmation.
